Authorized Subprocessors

The following is a list of third-party subprocessors that The Projekt LLC and its divisions (including Rogue Cinematography LLC, The Watchman, The Forge, Founders Expansion, and Build With The Public) use to process personal data on behalf of our clients and users.
Each subprocessor listed below has been evaluated for its data handling practices and is authorized to process data only to the extent necessary to perform the specific functions described. All subprocessors are bound by their own privacy policies, terms of service, and where applicable, data processing agreements with The Projekt.
This list is maintained and updated as subprocessors are added or removed. If you have questions about any subprocessor or wish to be notified of changes to this list, please contact legal@wearetheprojekt.com.

The Projekt does not sell personal data to any subprocessor or third party. Data shared with subprocessors is limited to what is necessary for the specific service they provide.
Changes to This List
We may update this subprocessor list from time to time as we add or replace service providers. When we make material changes to this list, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Clients with active Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) will be notified of material subprocessor changes in accordance with the terms of their DPA.
